You can make those that you come in contact with feel as you do, because you radiate vibrations of the way you feel and your vibrations are felt by others. When you concentrate on a certain thing you turn all the rays of your vibrations on this. Thought is the directing power of all Life's vibrations. Cultivate the art of feeling, for you can only make others feel what you feel. Hold only those mental states, which you wish other to take on.

This is the peak wedding season, but for many Black Africans, who marry at a rate lower than any other ethnic group, in the place of wishful anticipation is a sense of hopelessness. This is especially true for black women, only 31% of whom have husbands compared with 54% for whites; 50% will not be married by age 40. This is largely because of the high number of black males who are jobless or in interracial relationships. Even more sobering are studies that project 70% of black marriages will end in divorce.

Are you fed up of going no where in a job where you’re not happy? Are you working with people that you can't get on with? Well don't worry all you have to remember is that you have a secret weapon that can be used if you are willing to learn how to use it. I am sure you would agree with me that spending eight hours a day with someone who gets on your nerves can only have a negative affect on you and causes nothing but unnecessary stress. A few years ago if anyone or anything got on my nerves I would just leave, if it was a job I would simply resign and I would have advised others to do the same. I would not do anything that an employer/customer asked me to do if I didn't want to or if I thought the request was to hard, as I saw this as a form of sucking up, all I can say is that I didn't know better, I later found out that what I thought was sucking up was actually what is known as customer service. The thing to remember here is losers call it sucking up but winners call it making friends or making contacts.

The shimmering surface of a lake, glowing in the evening sun, may inspire us with its beauty. Yet, hidden beneath its surface may be an ugly blanket of toxic sludge. On the other hand, the ocean surface that is marred by unsightly patches of oil spilled by a tanker, may conceal within its depths animal life of great beauty. Can it be that we often misjudge what we see because we merely skim the surface and fail to penetrate the depth of matters? Yes, the truth is often hidden from us. That's why we are warned by Aesop (620-560 B.C.) that "Appearances often are deceiving." We are also cautioned by Christ who taught, "Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment." (John 7:24)

Do you enjoy being admired? of course you do. We all do. After all, we have an innate desire to be admired. We want to be respected and held in high regard. Since we all feel that way, my statement comes as no surprise. However, what we may overlook is that we have an equally strong desire to admire and respect others. How can we have such a desire and be unaware of it?

From High Performance Teamwork training course

The moment you start doing anything at all with another person, you've established a team. Begin a conversation, pick up the phone, brainstorm an idea and you're in teamwork.

Start with Your Ability to Relate

Every possibility, from landing the contract to the romantic evening hinges on your ability to relate. But neither profit nor pleasure are the primary motivation for teamwork. Productive teamwork moves you toward challenge, through change, with more confidence. Working well on any team generates energy and enthusiasm for life.
