As you know we here at BPN like to bring you scam free, legitimate ways of making extra income. I got sent an email the other day about a recruitment site which pays you for referrals of jobs which I thought sounds interesting, so I thought let me share with you. It works like this... If you refer a friend and they get the job, you get paid up to £1000! simple as that, however... at the moment there is a reward out for £10,000 for a Tax Inspector - no lie because not many of us have a friend who's in that line of work you can imagine they are not easy to get hold of - lol, the amount can sometimes exceed the limit of £1000 depending on certain factors.

It is said that clothes maketh the man (or woman to be politically correct). Fact is that the way we dress affects the way others perceive us to be, whether this is right or wrong doesn't really matter as it just the way people are.

The truth is how a person dresses makes a statement about their self-identification, image conveyed to others, and level of occupational aspiration. People who are striving to obtain the best jobs following
graduation and achieve career progression later on, are advised to dress for success, as much as their wardrobe budgets and clothing options allow. It's an attitude thing, University life has many special benefits, including the informality of dress pervasive on most campuses. Almost any outfit is acceptable, so long as it's clean, fashionable, and reasonably covers most parts of the body.

Control power is far inferior to persuasive power. Many companies are run like an army camp. In this kind of workplace, managers often do not have decision making powers – they are just following commands themselves, and in the pecking order, they give commands to the next person down the line.

Are you fed up of going no where in a job where you’re not happy? Are you working with people that you can't get on with? Well don't worry all you have to remember is that you have a secret weapon that can be used if you are willing to learn how to use it. I am sure you would agree with me that spending eight hours a day with someone who gets on your nerves can only have a negative affect on you and causes nothing but unnecessary stress. A few years ago if anyone or anything got on my nerves I would just leave, if it was a job I would simply resign and I would have advised others to do the same. I would not do anything that an employer/customer asked me to do if I didn't want to or if I thought the request was to hard, as I saw this as a form of sucking up, all I can say is that I didn't know better, I later found out that what I thought was sucking up was actually what is known as customer service. The thing to remember here is losers call it sucking up but winners call it making friends or making contacts.

From High Performance Teamwork training course

The moment you start doing anything at all with another person, you've established a team. Begin a conversation, pick up the phone, brainstorm an idea and you're in teamwork.

Start with Your Ability to Relate

Every possibility, from landing the contract to the romantic evening hinges on your ability to relate. But neither profit nor pleasure are the primary motivation for teamwork. Productive teamwork moves you toward challenge, through change, with more confidence. Working well on any team generates energy and enthusiasm for life.
