Today's fast pace of living can make keeping track of your journey through life more difficult, as we often make the mistake of blocking our subconscious and
being involved with other matters that life holds. Staying focussed on your dream isn't as hard as it seems. All it  takes is few changes and Self discipline to follow a  few steps on a regular basis. 


5 easy steps towards planning

Rediscovering Self is an emotional and uplifting experience where you find your Self being in control-of what you want now and for the future.
 
A few key principles will make sure you keep up-to-date in tracking your path:
 
STEP 1
SEE THE DREAM
Every thought is a potential action in building your path towards your Self and the goals you want. Build the dream in your mind, don't be afraid to be as detailed as you want, have a vision of what Self wants. What will make you happy? What will satisfy your journey? This is an important step and often the hardest. Being clear about what you want means you are making the path easier to follow.
 
STEP 2
WRITE A LETTER
A very useful tool to create motivation or to remind yourself of what you want. This is an imaginary letter, written when you have reached your goals. Tell the person what you are doing, explain how it feels to live that dream, and enjoy the exercise! Keep this letter in a safe place and read it often.
 
STEP 3
MAP YOUR GOALS
Set deadlines of each step of the path-set them with a time scale that you feel comfortable with. Start off with small steps first and slowly build the bigger picture. What would you need to do to achieve the dream? How long will it take for each step?
 
STEP 4
WEEKLY GOALS
Setting goals is made easier when you can give yourself tasks each week to complete. Keep track of them, learn from the experiences, reflect upon the results.
 
STEP 5
REWARD YOURSELF

Always reward your successes in each task, this makes the journey more enjoyable and worthwhile as you discover your choices and responsibilities. If you
don't feel happy with a result, don't worry. You have learnt from this and there is always another chance ahead.
