Acting without thinking is shooting without aiming. You wouldn’t fire a gun without aiming, would you? So, why would we act without thinking? When we live as robots doing whatever feels good instead of whatever is best for us, there is a heavy price to pay. Replacing thoughtful behaviour with thoughtless acts leads to material, mental, and physical suffering: lost dreams, emotional turmoil, and bodily pain and illness.

Did you ever dream of becoming an author? Well, guess what? You are! You are the author of your life. It’s exciting to realize how much power you have. But there’s a price for that power. The price is called RESPONSIBILITY. Here’s what I mean. If I’m unhappy with my present situation, I have no one to blame but myself. After all, I’m the one who put myself here. How can I be surprised by the way the story is developing when I am the one who wrote the script? It’s not enough to be an author. I also have to read what I write. So, if I don’t like the way the story is heading, I can change the script and arrive at a new ending.

Children need food and water. Their survival depends on that. But they also need recognition, acceptance, and love. Their emotional health depends on that. Just as plants that are insufficiently watered wither and die or have their growth stunted, children who are denied sufficient love grow up wounded. Their wounds hurt. Unless they learn how to heal themselves, they will look for temporary relief.

Maintain a daily inspirational journal. Keeping a diary or journal to record your thoughts, insights, intuitive ideas and actions as your new life unfolds will support you profoundly during your transformation process. Not only will it help you to clarify your thoughts and build confidence in yourself, but it will also serve as a very interesting memento to refer back to from time to time, so you really can see how far you've progressed!.

As your personal examination, consider this a time where you reflect upon your dreams failures, as well as your successes. Find the will to be you. Unfortunately many have taken the role of masking. A role placed upon us knowingly or unknowingly. Women are nurturers in the most awesome sense of the word.

We also allow ourselves to nurture the patterns of others. Society has a portrait of what success and failure looks like. This may not be the true value of success or failure, but its there, and we view it. Believing in yourself comes from within it is the well of will, that was placed in you before you were born. It is the depth of your spirit it is the fountain of your wealth. I use the term totally, because the total meaning of executing your will does not leave room for negative influences to abide within you. Giving your will to yourself means you make the decisions, not your environment not your peers, you determine your growth by the stimulation of your mind.

How can we rise to greatness without scaling mountains? Is your life full? If so, full of what? Anxiety, fear, and worry? If that’s the case, your life may be full, but it’s not fulfilled. A life full of negativity is an empty life. Empty of peace, joy, and excitement. It’s like a vacuum waiting to be filled. And until it is, it’s painful. The pain is trying to tell us something. It’s screaming, "It’s time to stretch yourself, unleash your potential, and grow into greatness." The reason our inner voice is screaming is because so few are listening. Busy with trying to cope with the complexities of life, we have forgotten our true nature.

According to Michael Landon, "Somebody should tell us, right at the start of our lives, that we are dying. Then we might live life to the limit, every minute of every day. Do it! I say. Whatever you want to do, do it now! There are only so many tomorrows." Little did he realize when he said this that he would die so young. He was only 54 when he died of pancreatic cancer on July 1, 1991. Yet, he had already become an accomplished actor, writer, director,
