Setting goals can draw a blank mind, you may sit there and say I don't know what I want so how can I set my goals, this is perfectly natural. When setting goals, it's best to do so when the mind is active, lets say during the best part of your day or the quietest part of the day, maybe on holiday or even whilst shopping whatever is suited to you, as long as you set your goals.
